"Let’s be straight. You’re likely staying here because it’s walking distance from Terminal 5 in which case it’s great. Black out curtains, clean and the fridge works. 2 lifts were broken when we were there and not all stair wells were lit all the way up. It’s very much a conference hotel at the wings. "
