« It was perfect. Niagra River and trail was across the street and easily accessible. We could hear the Falls from the house. We easily walked to the Niagra Falls State Park and the Falls from the Carriage House. The Carriage House is charming. It was clean. The price is great. »

All the basics needed were available in the kitchen and bathroom. Cozy living room with comfortable furniture and amenities. We wanted a place in the middle of all our planned activities - Niagara Falls and nearby attractions, various wineries and breweries, and the lake - and this location was perfect. « We had no heat due to a broken furnace in December-the owner did bring a space heater, but that blew a fuse, not a relaxing time. We had a group of seven, so we could not find another place to stay short notice. We also found old coffee left in the coffee pot. The location itself was nice and the lake was beautiful! »

« The kitchen and washer/dryer room were fully stocked. The place was very clean. Located a short drive to Center Street, Artpark or the Niagara River. The bed sizes were listed incorrectly. It says 3 queen bedrooms. We found only 1 queen bedroom, 1 double bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom. Although we were able to squeeze in, it was inconvenient. The listing says sleeps 6. I am not sure where the 6th person is supposed to sleep. May we also suggest having at least 6 seats in the living room as that...

« Excellent! Being on a dead end street was a wonderful surprise! It was very quiet and peaceful. And it was so close to a little trail to a nice beach. Easy to get to Niagara Falls and Lewiston sites. We will do this again!!! »

« Nice lakefront house just a few steps from Great Lake Ontario. House was recently remodeled and comfortable with 2 large HDTV's and an excellent WiFi connection that allows ROKU streaming from many services. Large washer & dryer. The living room has a 3-piece projection bay window that gives a large, dramatic view of beautiful Lake Ontario. Water & sky meet on the horizon to give an ocean-like view of this Great Lake. Deck on back of house with built-in seating on both ends overlooks the lake....

« My husband and I loved staying at this sweet cottage! The owner was so helpful and communication was excellent. The cottage is impeccably clean and lovingly decorated and cared for. It is a calm and peaceful place to come back to after a busy day. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and walking the short distance to the river to watch the beautiful sunsets. I cannot say enough about our experience staying here! Many personal touches helped make our stay special. Hoping to stay again soon! »

« I recently stayed at Glenn's home for a family get together (a chance for my 3 children to get to see their grandparents who can no longer travel). The property was fantastic. We cooked at home one evening and the kitchen was well stocked.
