« Decent place for a 1 night stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything was adequate for what we needed. Not a knock because we were ok with it, but I think it might be helpful to let people know that the foundation is really bad and many of the floors have some serious sloping that might not be a good thing for elderly people or people with knee or ankle issues. Other than that everything was as advertised. »

« I had to come to Brownwood for work training, and I wanted to stay somewhere quiet on the water. This place DID NOT DISSAPOINT. The owners were awesome, I had to stay an unexpected extra day. I will definitely stay here every time I come here for training. I really was a nice peaceful week! I would 12/10 recommend. »

« We enjoyed our stay at the melody and the nostalgia of it. I really liked that it was pet friendly and our dog was able to enjoy the lake with us. The neighbors were friendly and we saw tons of deer and baby deer. The hosts were super helpful! »

« Great spring break rental! We loved getting cozy near the fire place and listening to music on built- in speakers. The light setup outside was beautiful. Only down side was creek was too low and bank too steep to fish from the bank. Would have been nice if dock was complete to fish from. We were able to fish a from another creek about 5miles down the road. »
