### Title: A Horrible Experience, Zero Service
My stay at this hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The service was nonexistent. We ordered food from outside, and instead of notifying us, the staff left it in the street. The room was in a deplorable state upon arrival: a sticky stain on the floor, dust everywhere in the closet and on the furniture. Even after requesting a second cleaning, they forgot to clean the glasses and cups, replenish coffee supplies, and left trash in the room.
Despite repeated visits to the front desk to request housekeeping at 9 AM, we returned at 3 PM to find the room still not cleaned. It was also incredibly difficult to reach the front desk, requiring 6 to 8 calls since there are no phones in the rooms, forcing us to use our own phones.
Breakfast was another disaster. Everything was self-service: we had to get our own cutlery, glass, salt, pepper, and coffee. The staff present had no tasks to perform as we had to do everything ourselves.
The staff was rude and unhelpful. Special mention to Emilie, who openly mocked customers and said, "Go ahead, leave a review, it's not a problem" when we mentioned leaving negative feedback.
I don't understand how this hotel obtained its stars. Maybe for its modern design, but certainly not for cleanliness or service. The only thing we found was a bed. For everything else, zero service, zero professionalism, zero comfort.
Avoid at all costs.
