We arrived early in the morning and the reception we received could not have been more welcoming. As we were so early our room wasn't ready but we were offered breakfast and full use of the facilities at no extra cost. Every effort was made to have our room ready hours earlier than expected and the room was beautiful. The breakfast was exceptional - so much choice and the food and staff were amazing. The location was perfect - overlooking the sea - and the beach area and sunbeds were lovely. Overall, the hotel could not have done more to accommodate us and I would definitely stay here again and the staff (especially Hrvoje and Maja) were amazing!

Lovely 150 year old historic hotel in the heart of the Opatija Riviera. The owners appear to be slowly renovating the place so that's good. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff are absolutely amazing and helpful. And the sea water pool (yes that's seawater!!) is awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

"The property is in the lively area of Zagreb. The rooms were small in our apartment but for one night it was okay. It was clean and well organized. The host was responsive and easy to talk to. He gave us all directions and helped to find the parking. It’s not luxurious though ;)"
