« Everything was fantastic. Conveniently distanced a small walk away from the central bus station, city centre and marina with great view of the beach all the way to Mumbles, even with the wet weather for April. Paul was a great host who made us feel instantly welcome. Cafe/restaurant area is fully licensed and sells locally brewed beers which is always nice. Freshly prepared, reasonably priced food too! « Staff were fantastic from checking in to servicing the room and our needs. Nothing was any trouble. Restaurant staff were amazing along with all the chefs. Food was amazing cannot fault any meal we had. Nice garden area to sit outside The only thing to mention is outside our hotel room door (room 5 first floor) there must be a generator as every morning from 7am onwards. Along with the sound it also caused vibrations on our door. So if you are a light sleeper bear this in mind. We were there 3...

From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...
