"The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. It is fine during quiet times during the say. The kitchen is supplied with the bare minimum, no salt etc. The bathroom does not have a shelf to put your toothbrush etc so you are stuck with the edge of the sink or the floor. "Our stay here was fabulous! I highly, highly recommend Rio Serrano Hotel & Spa. There are spectacular views from everywhere in the hotel. "Lago Grey is one of a kind. The views of the lake and the mountains from the rooms are astonishing. The main lounge is very nice and the food is good. The rooms are somewhat small though the bathrooms are very good. Overall a pleasant stay, highly recommendable. The staff is amazing - really amazing! "

"Francesca at check-in was really sweet and helpful! The café serves pizzas, sandwiches, beer and cocktails which make for a good meal after long days of hiking but over many days can feel limiting. The tents themselves include an airmattress and a single side table. Its a good deal. Its important to note though that the wind in the park can be upwards of 100 kmph which is noisy outside but even noisier inside the tent. So pack with you some noise cancelling ear buds so you can sleep well....
