Charming, newly renovated 3 story home located in the heart of downtown, historic Gettysburg. Lincoln Square, Lincoln Train Station, local shops, many restaurants, Majestic Theater, Gettysburg College are all within a few minutes’ walk.

Our home offers comfortable sitting areas with smart TVs, on all three levels, providing plenty of areas for relaxing. Our third level sitting area has a game table for games of chess, checkers, backgammon, cards and games. We have an original claw foot soaking tub to enjoy after a day spent touring the Gettysburg Battlefields. No worries, the tub also is equipped with 2 shower heads.

We have a lovely front porch with rockers and a quaint, shaded sitting area out back. This sweet home boasts of many cozy areas to congregate and the eat in kitchen is no exception. The kitchen table can seat 8. Our kitchen is newly equipped with a gas range/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, blender and plate/ cup service for 12.

Free high speed internet and basic cable are provided. We also have an assortment of teas and coffees for your enjoyment as well as a DeLonghi coffee system for our coffee connoisseurs, along with a coffee grinder to make the most perfect cup of Joe. No worries, if a more simple coffee or tea is preferred .. a Keurig is also available. We offer a keyless entry system into our home for easy access to come and go as you please. For your convenience, we offer 2 complimentary parking spaces on the 1st floor of the covered parking garage, literally just a few steps away from the house.

Our home has been fully approved by the Borough of Gettysburg and is ADA compliant, having a first floor ADA accessible outdoor ramp, full bath and first floor bedroom.

Our home is directly across the street from the well known civil war monument, located next to the Gettysburg Fire Department.

We ask that respectful noise levels be observed after 10:00pm, so as not to disturb neighbors.

Wonderful and very convenient
Pete and Tina's place is perfection. Very well appointed, appreciated the welcome, and the rooms are all very comfortable. This may be the nicest and most thoughtfully managed Vrbo we have ever stayed in. Love that the main square of Gettysburg is around the corner! Parking spaces are a major plus! Old men having fun
We were a group of five FORMER HIGH SCHOOL friends over 70 yrs of age still getting together. (.. we did not actually NEED the handicap facilities ...YET!) The home was perfect!! All top quality furnishings, appliances, decor, ...even the dishes, knives and forks were top quality; .. not like some of the "yard sale" type we have encountered at other venues. Tina was sweet and very accommodating, the home was lovely and one block from mid town Gettysburg near all the stores and restaurants. We were amazed at all the snacks and goodies they provided at no additional cost. I would go back there again in a heartbeat.

60th B-day/Girls Getaway
Our entire group (8 adult women celebrating a 60th Birthday) had an absolutely wonderful time in Gettysburg thanks to Pete & Tina's charming & unique home that is perfectly located only a few steps from downtown and parking. Pete and Tina are "above & beyond" hosts as they provided many little extras including some tasty treats to make sure our stay was more than comfortable. Communication before, during, & after our stay was exceptional (they even checked in with us mid-stay to see if we needed anything). Although the whole house has been updated/renovated, it still has a historic feel while being comfy & cozy. The well-stocked kitchen has all the modern conveniences needed & the coffee bar was fantastic!!! We also really enjoyed all the Gettysburg / Civil War books provided & especially enjoyed reading about the house's history. All of us are planning on staying here again and we will be highly recommending this ADORABLE getaway home to all our friends and families.

Great place for a family stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. We had plenty of room to be able to relax. We really enjoyed the Gettysburg theme throughout the house. We felt the owners did an excellent job with the renovations in order to be able to accommodate people with disabilities. Having parking spaces in the parking garage was also a big help for us. Everything we needed to fix meals was provided, as well as a very nice selection of coffee. We had an excellent stay, and really enjoyed our family time together.

Lovely stay at Gettysburg
Loved our stay! Pete and Tina took great care of us. I had my parents with us as well. My dad has Parkinson’s and the ADA accommodations were exactly what we needed. Pete and Tina provided a lot of little extras to make the stay extra special and even checked in midweek to see if we needed anything restocked. Our daughter had a mishap during our stay that caused some damages and they were very gracious throughout that process. I highly recommend making this your first choice when visiting Gettysburg.

Inviting and perfect in Gettysburg
We had a wonderful stay in Gettysburg. The house reflects a period of history with its comfort and convenience. The rooms were comfortable and very well laid out and the house had all the modern conveniences we could ask for. It was also equipped with amazing books about the Civil War including a personal history of the house's owners. We loved the uniqueness of the house, the charm of the town, and the extraordinary history presented by the National Park Service at the battleground.

Ideal Location & Comfort
Our group stayed over Dedication Day weekend. The house is perfectly located for a Gettysburg visit. All the town’s shops, restaurants, and museums were easily walkable within minutes, while battlefield and Visitor Center a brief drive. Reserved spots in garage were located right behind home and downtown square. The home itself was a blend of comfort and luxury with a historic feel. The coffee bar was a bonus for all our group who appreciate great java to start your day. Tina and Pete were friendly and responsive in all communication, and generous hosts providing some unexpected and welcome treats. Highly recommended and plan to stay here again in future visits.

Great place for familes with teens.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in downtown Gettysburg. The host was very good with communication and the house was better than expected. With a family of six that includes 4 teens, we really appreciated that the layout of the home features a sitting room and bedrooms on every level so we could all have our own space. We also enjoyed the well stocked coffee coffee bar and pastries supplied by the hosts. It was a very nice touch. I was concerned about the parking set up, but it was very close and ended up being a blessing because we arrived in the pouring rain. We were able to unload our car in the covered parking garage and then it was a short walk to the house. Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to stay at this property again in the future!

Everything is just around the corner
This house has been beautifully renovated, with the added blessing of a handicap ramp, walk/roll in shower with a bench, and a bedroom with a lower bed, all on the first floor. There is a full bath and two bedrooms on the second floor, and one bedroom on the top floor. There are also two reserved parking spaces just behind the house in the parking garage, which was hugely convenient for our family of six with two vehicles. The heart of downtown is literally around the corner, but you are just far enough from the main street to not have all the hustle and bustle. It's quite a relaxing place. We sat on the front porch and it was fairly peaceful. Restaurants and shopping, along with all the historical locations that you expect when you visit Gettysburg, are just a minute away. One thing we weren't expecting is that the train tracks are still actively in use, and trains went through several times, usually late at night. There is one house between the house and the tracks, so it sounds like it's going right through the downstairs. We actually got a real kick out of it and didn't find it to be overly disruptive at all, as the noise only lasts less than a minute. We received the check in info and instructions well before we arrived. The hosts also take great care to really add some thoughtful conveniences and touches that really made our stay extra special. I would whole-heartedly recommend this home to anyone planning a visit. It's a gem!

Gettysburg Trip
Had a group of 5 retired work friends head to Gettysburg for a 5 day vacation and “field trip”. Some of us had ancestors that fought and died in the battle. We went to Antietam and Harpers Ferry as well 1 hr away. This was my first time doing the house route instead of a hotel. Could not have been more pleased. The house was immaculate, up-to-date, close to everything, (1 block from Gettysburg Square) great parking, yet had that “vintage” 1860’s flavor. Tina and Peter were great hosts and communicated appropriately and when needed. The 4 bedrooms were spacious and each was unique and the beds were very comfortable. Our 5th friend slept on the couch which was a pullout but the couch was so comfortable he didn't bother. We mostly used the back entrance which has a disability ramp, while we were not in need of it, this feature could be critical for a different group. The kitchen and kitchen dining area we used several times and it was fully stocked. The 2 bathrooms were very clean and perfect for the 5 of us. The living room was spacious and inviting and we gathered there many times a day. The 3rd floor bedroom has a really cool den as well. If I ever come back with a group of friends-we will totally stay here again. Super happy abd WAY better than the hotel route.

Loved our time here!
We have always loved visiting Gettysburg. Great town, amazing history. This house was a welcomed addition to the things we love about this town! Communication was perfect, clear, friendly, and helpful. The house was super clean, convenient, easy access, great parking, spacious, welcoming, and so so nice! The extra touches added by Pete and Tina were so special and perfect upon our arrival. Our stay couldn’t have been better and we are very grateful! We’ll definitely look to stay at Codori Place again!

Perfect property for our weekend in Gettysburg
This house is amazing. Newly renovated and sparkling clean, the owners have thought of everything! From two parking spaces steps from the home, to luxurious linens and towels in all four beautifully decorated bedrooms, water and sparkling water in the refrigerator, a well-stocked coffee bar, and delicious pastries upon arrival, we immediately felt welcome. The bedroom on the first floor was essential for a mobility impaired member of our party, the downtown location was ideal for afternoon strolls, and the responsiveness of the owners was superb. If we ever return to Gettysburg, this is where I want to stay.
