I spent an hour trying to buy lingerie for a gift- no help- then when I finally found something suitable- I was sent wandering for 20 minutes trying to pay for it!!! Non madam - go there madam non madam go there madam, or I was ignored! A pain in the behind, can you imagine, you are trying to find a way to pay?!
