- Due to our septic system, infants are included in maximum occupancy.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The communal pool is seasonal and is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Great Place
This place was perfect for a girls adventure weekend. Great view of the ocean from the patio and the living room. Every thing was neat and clean. Check in was very easy. We walked along the nice beach literally just steps away, went sightseeing and shopping.

Seamless stay. This condo has it all. Love the beach. There is no one on it ever. Just an entire beach for my family. The back patio on the condo is lovely. I could see seals and all sorts of birds from the patio. Great adorable organic farms nearby. It was a beautiful area and perfect for my family of five.

We enjoyed a 3-day weekend here. It was very comfortable, well appointed, clean & quiet. The management firm was responsive to an issue we had with the bunk bed in the secondary room—although an offer of a little discount on that first night or maybe a bottle of wine in return would’ve been top-tier customer service. ;-) Still, we would happily stay here again and would gladly suggest it to friends.

Birthday getaway for Mom
Lovely place and amenities. The only small issues were lack of lighting over the dining table, adding a bedside table in the bedroom (no where to set anything except on the bed frame or in the armoire) and possibly non-skid mats for under the rugs. We were there with our almost 90 yr old mom, so lighting and safety are huge. All in all though, lovely! Thanks

Great location. Comfortable and clean place. Beds are comfortable. Beach is great even in October. Don't be surprised when the management company makes you pay directly to them and sign a separate contract after the VRBO agreement. Only down side was when we first walked in we were overwhelmed with the smell of cleaned up smokers. No wonder the owners have over emphasized No Smoking. But it was easy to ignore after that first moment.

70th B'Day Getaway
This property was exactly as advertised: an easy walk to a beautiful SW facing beach, cozy bedrooms, well arranged kitchen and room LR with a new feeling sofa. Decor was simple and well designed. Bathrooms were smallish, but very adequate. One needed baseboards replaced. The heating system was great and made no noise. My suggestions are to increase the lighting, and add two ottomans and several LR chairs ( sofas were the only soft seating.) LR lamps were totally insufficient for reading, doing crosswords etc. and the DR had no lighting at all. Computer work, playing cards, or board games was not possible. That was disappointing because the furnishings and carpet were very pleasant and new. Other than the poor lighting and need for more soft furnishings, it was a delightful, quite , well maintained property. Clean as a whistle and with a wonderful view of the bay from the LR and DR.

Mutiny Bay Condo
We really enjoyed our time at the condo. It is an end unit that butts up to a small green space. We used it to play soccer/throw the frisbee. The condo is a perfect size since you spend most of the day out at the beach, however the bathrooms are very tight. They have room darkening blinds in the bedrooms which my I appreciated for my kids. The W/D is full size. The kitchen could be improved upon, not many ceramic bowls (to warm up things in the microwave), and only 2 small chewed up cutting boards. However, we really enjoyed how close we were to the beach. It was gloriously sunny and this condo served us right. Would stay here again!

Perfect Stay
In all honesty I cannot do anything short of a 5 star review, everything was perfect since the moment we booked it, communication with the property manager was excellent they provided all the information we needed to do an uneventful check-in. The property in itself is extremely well maintained, very clean, everything is functional and the location itself is perfect. While we were not able to enjoy the community pool due to COVID restrictions, I don't think we would have use it anyway, the beach is gorgeous and just a few steps away. This property is definitely going into my "I will stay here again" list and we have already started to recommend it to our friends and family. With all that the only recommendation I would have as an opportunity for the property owners / managers is that they should look into changing the mattress on the master bedroom sooner than later and while it was less than perfect it does not change my 5 start rating for this place. Thank you so much my Family and I had a fantastic time here.

Nice weekend getaway
The condo was close to the beach and within easy walking distance. The view was only in one direction but after cleaning the window, it was a very nice view. This was very close to Freeland so easy for shopping and restaurants but away from any major traffic. We enjoyed our time and appreciated the well kept condo.
