« This was the perfect little getaway with my girlfriends, the place was so lovely, we all felt so comfortable, we had heat issues, and when we contacted the management, they came over within minutes to rectify our issue. Really sweet little town with lots of beautiful shops and places to eat. »

« Arrived for 5 nights early in Aug at 7 pm, gate was closed but was met soon and told info pkg was in cottage. However included no information about the cottage only the campground. Instructed to only use the front entrance, back access was for staff only to camp laundry. Entrance hall light did not work. A/C was turned down to 13C - to mask smoke smell. Sent text re no TV or kitchen linens, reply to provide in morning. TV not fixed. Cottage structure was satisfactory but very dusty & dirty. All...

The provincial park close by was great for hiking and the wildlife in the area made for perfect dog TV out the windows.We picked the location due to its proximity to friends that we were visiting and attending the World Juniors in Ottawa with.The house was everything we needed and more. The owners live on site by the way, along with the three cottages that are for rent...one right beside you at the pool level and one behind you that walks by the pool area to access the lake. « The family enjoyed the Thanksgiving weekend with great views from all the rooms and hallways with fresh air. The bed mattresses were really comfortable. However, there were bunch of issues including inefficient dishwasher, hazardous electrical outlets at the same level as the kitchen sink and no labels on the drawers or cabinets. It was time consuming search for kitchen stuff. Owner was not easily reachable. Otherwise it was value for money. »
