Kitchen layout: vacuum cleaner, fridge-freezer, hood, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster... Comfort elements: flat screen TV.. Leisure facilities: Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol... Bedding: 1X140, 3X90 + baby bed. Courtyard with vehicle access on the street side, garden at the back of the house. Area: 90 m². Located 450m from the south beach and the city center, 600m from the Grande Plage and the North Beach. TO BE PAID upon arrival: security deposit of €600 for rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Cleaning: €150. Pet €30 per stay + a security deposit of €100.
