Nicest looking hotel I saw in Fort Mac
I stayed one night on a quick trip up to Fort McMurray. The hotel was nice inside and out, clean, modern, and nicely furnished. The staff I interacted with were all friendly and helpful. It is the only time I have been to Fort McMurray, so I can't comment in detail how it compares to other hotels, but it looked a lot more modern and cleaner than the hotels I saw downtown for the same nightly rate. It is located right next to the airport which was handy for me but maybe less handy if you want to be downtown. The only surprise for me was that I thought it was within walking distance of the airport. It was originally but they opened a new terminal on the south side of the runway much further from the hotel. Still walkable on a good day, but not what I expected. They paid for a taxi to shuttle me to the airport for my early morning flight, but next time I'll book a rental car.

Fort McMurray - Airport Travel
Close to the airport and a quite location - good parking for regular sized vehicles. The rooms are average - clean and neat. Considering options in this town, this is one of the better ones to stay at. Dining room service and food are terrible - we waited over a hour for dinner to be served and the food was below par. They would be better foo to close the place than try to run it with such little staff.. Days gone by this was a good place to eat - I would order in next time..

Nice location, surprisingly quiet, excellent staff
In Ft. Mac on business, first time staying at this hotel. Staff were excellent and very professional. Business Centre was small but adequate for my needs. Exercise room was clean, equipment was very well maintained.

Fort McMurray Meetings
The coffee machine was unclean and had a moldy coffee grind package in it, the coffee pot had coffee in it. The microwave was dirty. Lots of noise in the hallways.

Chateau Nova Hotel
The hotel staff starting from the reception through to the restaurant and cleaning staff did all in their power to make sure that my stay was not only comfortable, but pleasant. The wireless internet did not fail me once. I will most certainly stay in this hotel in future visits to Ft. McMurray.

Service quality is good, just a little slow.
My stay here was above average. I had a very comfortable stay. The restaurant is just a little slow. It did not cause me any problems with my visit....it just made mealtime longer than my normal time frame. All in all, I recommend this hotel. Thank you.
