"Great location for commuting or wanting to be in a walkable place to see manhattan, time square etc. Bug rooms compared to other hotels. There is a per night hotel fee so don’t be surprised. I thought the staff and customer service was amazing here! They heard any concerns I had. They looked after me and my family there! The concierge was great. I would recommend this hotel. Hyatt Grand Central New York (there are a few Hyatt’s)"

"My second time staying at this combined hotel and love the area and amenities. My only con is the elevators. In the mornings, the wait times were extremely long…and when they did arrive to your floor, they were packed."

"This was a good budget level property for staying within walking distance of Times Square. The location was a little sketchy near the bus terminal and a parole office, but there were other hotels around so it wasn't too bad to walk around, even at night. The hotel was clean and the staff was super nice and helpful. I was here for one night for a getaway with my sister and we were happy with the hotel."
