We hosted our daughter's wedding party at the resort. This all-inclusive has very good food and nice amenities such as pools, several bars, and athletic facilities. The beach is beautiful as is the walk thru the Ecological Preserve next door. Rooms and bathrooms are ok but are in need of some updating (our toilet kept malfunctioning). The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Eu frequento o Costão há mais de 20 anos e fazia uns 10 que não ia lá. Pela primeira vez, algumas coisas bem básicas me incomodaram. Diante do valor pago, sobretudo, há coisas inconcebíveis. 1) checkin - chegamos 20 minutos antes das 15h e havia mais de CINQUENTA pessoas aguardando pelo checkin. Nós estávamos com 2 bebês de colo e não havia vaga perto da recepção. O carro teve que ser deixado bem longe, numa área de terra, que com a chuvarada da semana virara lama. Ou seja, impossível sair com carrinho de bebê. Me pergunto o que seria de um cadeirante ou outro PcD se estivesse sozinho num carro. Demoramos mais de 1 hora para chegar ao apartamento. Chegamos cedo porque estamos com bebê e o dia deles termina às 20h e gostaríamos de aproveitar ao máximo. Perdemos uma hora bem valiosa - que poderia ter sido ofertada no checkout por uma gerência atenciosa. 2) condições do apartamento - não estavam condizentes com o valor praticado. Apto de 2 quartos, vou exemplificar somente com o que vivi no meu: persiana quebrada, não fechava completamente para dormir bem, tivemos que puxar com bastante força para fechar o que dava, cortina ruim e antiga que não auxilia em nada a contenção da luz, televisão não funcionou depois do segundo dia, antiga, não smart, interior do armário com prateleiras quebradas, maleiro interior todo quebrado, estava apoiado sobre um colchão dobrado, chão com bastante areia (complicado para quem leva bebê!) - nem culpo a limpeza, porque o formato antigo dificulta!

Ótima estadia, mas precisa de adaptadores tomada
Foi ótima a hospedagem. A única coisa ruim foram as tomadas na parece. Pedi adaptor para meu notebook 2 vezes, falaram que iam entregar no quarto, mas não entregaram.

Tudo bem, mas tinha que ter uma passagem dos quartos da vila 1 para área de lazer, várias vezes tive que ir na chuva apesar de perto dependendo da chuva molhava bem. Pedir o transporte como me sugeriram, complicado Para uma quadra né, pouco prático!
