« The location is good. It is close to everything. Other than that, the place was not cleaned from the previous visitor at all. We had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies so we could clean. We had to wash all the bed linens and all towels. Nothing was washed. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty with caked on food. The floors around the toilets were sticky and soiled. The toilets had urine and poop stains in them. The bath tub had pubic hair. Sinks were filthy. The bottom line is...

« The unit was completely different than the pictures. There was almost no furniture. No wifi. No towels. It was a completely empty unit. It was dirty, the floor was covered with ants and the kitchen had some strange red liquid all over it, so we did not want to stay there for health and safety reasons (plus missing advertised amenities and furniture). « Stayed here on Spring Break with my family of 7 - the sleeping arrangements worked well for our family and the beds were comfortable. Quality shampoo, conditioner & body wash were all provided - it says a lot about a property when they give you quality toiletries and toilet paper - Ashley was easy to communicate with and made staying here easy. Would gladly return on a future trip to Austin. So conveniently close to Walmart and Sam's, so if we forgot something was super easy to go and pick it...
