-Two separate living rooms to maximize social time and play areas.
-This property is perfect for families, friends, and work retreats. 6 min from Downtown Flag!

The Space:
Walk in through the front door, and the first spacious living room is to the left, with sofas, chairs, an electric fireplace, and a mounted flat-screen TV. To the right are a King bedroom, hallway, full bathroom, and another King bedroom. Just beyond, there is a full open-concept spacious kitchen and dining area. Around the corner is the King primary suite with a full en-suite bathroom equipped with a soaking tub and dual shower head shower. A King bedroom with Twin trundles and a full bathroom is up the stairs to the left. To the right is a Queen bedroom and the second spacious living room with sofa, games, mounted flat screen TV, and Queen bunk with Twin bed above.

MAP the distance to the Airport/Downtown/Snowbowl/Grand Canyon etc., and use the starting point N Falcon Rd 86004.

*We have contracted snow removers who clear the driveway if it snows over 3 inches during your stay. Additionally, we have a snow shovel and salt at the property to keep the entryway clear and safe. We do not have control over when the city clears the roads; for this reason, if there's snow in the forecast for your stay, ensure you have the necessary groceries you need to enjoy the snow from the comforts of the property. Be sure to check the weather closer to your arrival! If there's snow in the forecast, time your trip so you come before or after the storm. We work around the clock regardless of weather, and the property will be ready for your arrival; for this reason, we do not issue refunds due to snow.*

Great Property and close to town
The property was perfyfor traveling with family; kids had their own rooms and entertainment area upstairs while adults were able to be downstairs. Lots of space for a larger party and everything needed was there.

Spacious, comfortable stay for extended family of 12
We stayed at this rental for over a week and found it an overall positive experience. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen is big enough for a large group to hang out. The property was pretty well equipped, but we could have done with a few more supplies.

Family get-together
Our group of eight adults and two small children fit well in the house and enjoyed it very much. The furnishings and amenities are excellent and the layout is perfect for group meals and just hanging out. Questions to the host got quick responses and the house description on the site is accurate. We definitely recommend this property.

More impressive than the pictures!
Upon walking in we were pleasantly surprised with the layout of the house and such attention to detail. It was a little difficult to understand the flow of the house from the pictures, but it was great! The house even had those special Christmas touches! The rooms are all large and comfortable and the outside amenities (grill, hot tub, fire pit) were all clean and well cared for! It was perfect for our Friendsgiving celebration! We would definitely book this house again!

Husband's 50th Birthday Weekend
We had a lovely time. Had 12 people easily fitting in the bedroom configuration, it worked exactly how we needed it to. Prepared 3 large meals for the whole group. Perfect kitchen setting and supplies to do this. Nice outside area to sit and relax. We weren't lacking anything in the house. Be prepared for some steps to bring in all your belongings! We had a perfectly, great time.
