LIVING ROOM AREA-
First Floor (Ground level)
Curl up on inviting sofa for a movie on the 60” flat-screen TV with cable as the gas fireplace warms the room. There is a working desk that includes a monitor and high speed internet.

KITCHEN & DINING- Second Floor
The fully equipped remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, dishware & glassware, culinary utensils needed to prepare favorite meals. The kitchen includes a four-burner gas stove, large refrigerator, freezer & ice maker. Microwave, Crockpot and toaster.
Fuel up with a choice of Keurig or a standard coffee maker. Gather at the six-person dining table. Coffee and tea are provided.
A half bath is also located on the second floor.

BEDROOMS & BATHS- Third Floor
The upstairs master suite features a new Tuff & Needle King bed, private balcony access facing North to enjoy the San Francisco peaks. Two walk-in closets, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Lots of natural light, vaulted celing and a large skylight to view the stars from the comfort of the luxurious King- sized bed. Also featured, 46” flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom has new Tuff & Needle Queen bed, two walk-in closets with a hallway bathroom that features a tub/shower combination. Hair dryers, towels and linens are provided. This floor also has a laundry room equipped with high efficiency full size washer and dryer. Laundry Soap and dryer sheets included.

LOFT- Fourth Floor
The loft has two new Tuff & Needle twin XL (extra long- adult size) beds and dresser. The kiddos love the loft to play inside the Teepee. However, adults will feel like the Queen/King of the Castle when staying in the loft.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Fantastic Views!
Two Balconies. One balcony is located off the kitchen level, faces downtown and is great for viewing the NAU campus, the Lowe Observatory and all the wildlife while sipping on your morning coffee. Guests can also use the gas barbecue. Outdoor patio table, shade umbrella and chairs. You can watch the beautiful sunset over the mountains.
The second outdoor balcony is a private, spacious balcony located off the master bedroom. Spectacular visible view of the San Francisco Peaks. The balcony has two lounge chairs to unwind your day or for reading a book.

GARAGE: Two car enclosed garage for guest use with additional parking on driveway and street level. Garage includes a Ping Pong Table.

LOCATION: Four blocks from downtown Flagstaff. Lots of local restaurants, shopping and breweries. Embark on daily adventures to skiing/snowboarding at Snowbowl, walking, hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, kayaking, golfing, sledding and mountain biking makes Flagstaff a year-around destination.

Good location. Comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay in this cozy house. Amenities worked as they should and the location made it easy for us to access town and NAU. A drawback for me was the big skylight above the master bed which woke me up early each morning, so I was quite tired. The master bathroom worked fine for me at 5'4" but, had my husband been with me, he would have had trouble fitting in the shower both in width and length. The second bathroom is nice and big and could be used instead if you don't mind sharing with others in the house. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, I especially appreciated the kettle as I only drink tea and it is so often lacking in places I have stayed.

Star of Flagstaff
My family had a wonderful vacation in Arizona, and a big part of that was our stay at the Downtown Flagstaff Peak A View condo. Not only was it a good starting point for trips to the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon but it was also a respite from our very long drive from Ohio. I really enjoyed drinking my morning coffee atop the back porch as well as viewing the stars (and meteors) at night. The condo was equipped with everything we needed as well as beautifully decorated. After a tiring day, our family relaxed in the living room downstairs and watched movies and Olympic highlights. We were located close enough to downtown to walk or drive and enjoy the nightlife there. If we make it back this way again, we will request this place for our stay. Thanks again.

Great location!
This condo is in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from downtown Flagstaff. We appreciated that the unit had a garage, so we didn't have to deal with looking for parking spaces. The unit was clean and well-stocked with cooking supplies and linens. Everything worked well and we enjoyed our stay!

Spacious and clean
I had a fantastic weekend stay at this VRBO! The three-level layout provided a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. The gas fireplace added a cozy touch, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Overall, a delightful experience – I’d gladly return for another visit! 5 stars. It’s rare a rental is better than the photos and this one was definitely that. Plenty of room for our party of five. The owners are responsive and welcoming. 100% would recommend and stay again.

Lovely condo!

Amazing condo in downtown Flagstaff
The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is close to restaurants, parks and attractions. Having a garage for parking is convenient. Constance is a wonderful host and when asked she emailed us a list of things to do in Flagstaff.

Everything great except the check-in and communication
The condo is lovely! It's an easy 10 min walk to all the shops, restaurants and activities downtown Flagstaff. There was interesting activities scheduled in the downtown area almost every day. The condo is comfortable for a small group and fully stocked with paper products, towels, extra pillows, blankets, toiletries and kitchen items so you feel like you're at home. The washer and dryer access, outdoor patio, grill and garage parking was also a plus! Our only complaint was check-in did not go very smoothly and the manager did not respond timely when there was an issue to my messages online. I had to dig around the website and retrieve her phone number and still waited over an hour for the information or a return call. We had arranged to get in the condo at 3 PM (special request) as we were driving for 8 hours from California and exhausted at our arrival. She stated at confirmation email she would be "in-touch" with the access information, but no indication of where to expect the information (text, email). Because of these issues, we didn't access the property until 5 PM and had to wait around in-town. At one point, I was concerned we no longer had a place to stay. When she did reach out she was kind and gave me all the information. I also thanked her via text when we checked out and received no response. So communication is a problem. Other than that, we cooked, hung out and enjoyed the condo very much. It's a beautiful property and close to everything!

a little family get together...
Grandma, Grandpa, daughter & 2 grandgirls (13 & 15 yrs). the kids came down from Salt Lake City & we drove from Silver City, NM. we wanted a place to be able to walk downtown & this was perfect ! Daughter & girls also brought their mountain bikes & found 3 different days of trails. also drove out to Lake Mary & they did some stand-up paddle boarding. in all.....this was the perfect place !!

Highly recommended Flagstaff townhome!
This townhome had everything we needed! Bathroom and kitchen supplies, coffee (including cream and sugar), condiments, excellent climate control, comfortable beds, close proximity to downtown and even garage parking. The neighborhood felt very safe and we all enjoyed our stay.

Great location
We enjoyed the house and Constance was quick to respond to several requests. The house was within walking distance of downtown Flagstaff, was very quiet, comfortable for 4 people, and had all the toiletries we needed and a well-stocked kitchen. We were in town when Flagstaff hit 89 degrees during July and while there is air conditioning in the home the master bedroom was very warm as there is a skylight and only a very small air conditioning vent. We left the windows open but the birds woke me up by 5 am and we had to close the windows at that time. I run hot, my husband does not and it was difficult for me and I frequently went down to the sofa to catch some sleep. Which worked. My husband is a great sleeper and cold all the time and he slept well on most nights. Overall it was a very nice property and I would stay again at another time of the year.

Easy stay
The house was clean, well-equipped, and having a two-car garage was a plus. The location was excellent and the neighborhood was safe. There are lots of stairs in the condo, which was a consideration for the older people in our group at the high altitude. We all woke up at 5:30 am due to bright sunlight in all the rooms (skylights and light colored window shades allowed lots of light into all rooms). The loft area (where the kids slept) got quite hot, even with all windows open, and the air conditioning system did not seem to help much. The master bathroom is very small, especially the shower. Overall, we had a nice stay and the owners were easy to work with. We loved the location. The garage and laundry were pluses for our group.
