Please note that only three cars maximum are allowed on the left side of the driveway. Overflow parking will need to find a nearby public parking lot of your choosing. No travel trailers, RV's or other large vehicles permitted.

*Please note that this home, like most in Flagstaff, is not equipped with Central Air Conditioning. We do provide our guests with fans during their stay and portable Air Conditioning units.

Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night! We ask that you do not tamper with any of the spa equipment to avoid damage.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car or driving your personal vehicle as there is limited public transportation in Flagstaff.

Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

Flagstaff
The unit was clean and the entry code opened the unit exactly at check in time. The listing details were accurate and the kitchen was well furnished. Note that only one bedroom has AC unit although the kitchen and living room has them if you are renting in the summer. Each bedroom does have a ceiling fan and portable fans were in the unit. Overall we liked the location and would rent this property again.

Very nice location and beautiful home
Great location and beautiful home. One thing to be aware of is there are two units. The B unit is all upstairs and the A unit is all downstairs. When you rent the top unit, the lower unit can hear your foot steps and a lot of what goes on upstairs. You may receive complaints or concerns from renters below you even when you are quiet and moving around with caution. Outside of that the hosts are amazing, extremely responsive day and night, and very friendly. We will definitely be back.

No AC, not a good option for summer
This house is not an option for a summer stay in Flagstaff. No AC, too hot. The house needs some improvements and updates. Positive comment: Molly, the concierge assigned to our reservation was helpful, responsive and supportive.

Spacious and well equipped property
We enjoyed our stay here. The space was clean and comfortable. The only issues were a) this is a duplex, it is not in the listing as such, b) the fan remotes were not present, and c) the WiFi was painful- kept disconnecting and smart TVs were not connected. These were minor issues, overall was a great stay. The concierge was very helpful and responsive.

First this place was a duplex, not a house as listed. Wjen we arrived at 6:45 I should have know it was going to be bad when they gave us the wrong code to get in 3 different times, and as soon as we get in we set our cup of soda on the shelf in the entryway cubby only for the shelf to be balanced by only 3 support pins instead of the 4 that are required and the soda to fall to the ground and spilled all over. The floors where super loud just casually walking on then. And the pour people down stairs complained as they should. We all where in bed and sleeping by 9:15 pm (after a 20 hour car ride). The management decided to call at 11:04 pm to tell us of the complaint. On are way home from skiing we get a call from management saying that we can not use the remotes for the fan and lights in the bedrooms because they also control the ceiling fan for the unit down stairs. And those people where scared the place was haunted. So we had to decide if we wanted each room to have only the lights on or off, the fan on or off or both on or both off. Because thay confiscated the remotes. So my three daughters 17, 14, 12, and friend 17 where using the shared hot tub Only to have the adult male down stairs peeking through the window the whole time. Next day we get another phone text from the management company saying the hot tub is for the down stairs unit only. When I show them a screen shot where it says spa (shared) they say there was a glitch with the listing, I then show them a picture of a drawer that has a label that says towels for spa use. They have not responded since. It does say in some of the wording upstairs unit of a duplex style home. You really Have to search for it and know what to look for. But it was listed as a house and as such I did not look for wording to the contrary. The unit was nice and comfortable, patio was dirty and hand cigarettes butts. The listing and management company was horrible. If you rent this place I truly hope they have worked out the kinks. Sincerely the the Guinea pig family. (Not our real name)
