Upon entering our home, you'll be greeted by our staircase, which leads to the second and third floors. On the second floor, enjoy our open concept living room and kitchen! 

Directly at the top of the stairs you'll see our bright, inviting living room. Here, you'll find our large gray sectional, lounge chair, 38-inch Samsung Smart TV, a built-in shelf lots of games and a ton of natural light. Step into our kitchen and you'll find barstool seating for four, a large kitchen island, lots of built-in storage and everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or baked goods.

When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private suites:
(1) Our first Primary bedroom (on the third floor) is complete with a King-size bed, closet, 43-inch JVC Roku TV, and en suite bath.
(2) Our second bedroom (on the first floor) is complete with a King and Queen bunk bed, closet, 43-inch JVC Roku TV, access to the paito, and en suite bath.
(3) Our third bedroom (on the third floor) has a King bed, closet, 43-inch JVC Roku TV and a nearby bath.

Outside, unwind in either of our two outdoor living spaces! On the bottom floor, you'll find our covered patio with a dining table for six. On the second floor, you'll find a Charbroil propane grill and lounge area.

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Other Things to Note:
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
