"Well I booked cause it was in IHG group. Then after I booked I started reading reviews… and let’s just say I was more than worried. But I said hell it was decent priced and I already booked so we gave it a try. So we got to Indy and got to hotel checking people were very nice and we got to the room and I was very relieved. "Alex at the valet desk is the best. I was frazzled and late for a meeting. I waited for an uber. He calmed me took care of my computer case. Etc. He also took care of my brother who came to get me for a big10 basketball game. Best customer service.. I asked for gluten free bread or muffin for breakfast. Got attitude from a younger woman.
