Our newly renovated, cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a bright and refreshing atmosphere for your getaway. Conveniently located just 1 mile from Fairfield University and close to Sacred Heart University, our home provides easy access to local attractions such as the Norwalk Aquarium, Beardsley Zoo, and charming local farms.
Unwind at the nearby Jennings and Penfield beaches, or explore the quaint village of Southport, all within a 4-mile radius.

The space:
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and dining essentials, such as pots and pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, stemware, kids' plates and cups, spices, and cooking oils. Coastal Cottage includes a coffee/tea bar with a Keurig coffee maker, an assortment of Starbucks and Donut Shop coffee pods. A variety of tea, creamer, and sugar or sweeteners.

Tranquil dining room: Soft lighting, stylish decor, seating for eight, serene ambiance, ideal for memorable meals with loved ones.

Discover Three Plush Bedrooms:
King Bedroom (1st Floor), Queen Beroom (2nd Floor), and two cozy Double beds (2nd Floor), all featuring refreshing Green Tea Memory foam mattresses. Unwind in comfort with blackout shades in each room, ensuring blissful sleep. Ideal for up to 8 guests, Fairfield cottage invites you to unwind and rejuvenate.

The two full bathrooms are located on the first floor, they are stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. Additional amenities include a hairdryer and a first aid kit.

Calling all beach lovers! Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella await your arrival. So, grab your shades and let the beachy fun begin!

Launder with high-end washer and dryer machines available for your use in the basement.

The home is equipped with fast wireless internet access. There are two televisions equipped with Roku in the living room as well as the primary bedroom.

The backyard features a spacious patio with a firepit and an eight-person dining table. A BBQ grill is available, ideal for hosting cookouts and creating delicious grilled dishes. For entertainment, there's a giant Jenga set, providing excitement and friendly competition. A horseshoe game adds a traditional touch, while cornhole offers a casual and enjoyable bean bag tossing game. These amenities create a versatile and inviting space for gatherings, outdoor dining, and engaging activities in a relaxed atmosphere.

Parking is available in the driveway for two cars, additionally, there is free street parking in front of the house.

This home is intended to provide our guests with a comfortable and convenient home away from home. Whether you're exploring the local area, enjoying a family game night in the living room, or relaxing in the luxury bathroom, our cozy cottage will provide a fantastic family getaway!

Early check-in is $40 for up to one hour, $65 for up to two hours. Please inquire to confirm availability.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am. We do not allow parties of any kind. We will ask you to leave the property if you violate this rule.

Refundable Security Deposit of $500 is required
