Very bright and modern home with a lot to offer for your stay. It is in a super friendly neighborhood with people always out and about walking/running/biking. Minutes from parks and schools. The University of Evansville is within walking distance from the home. Downtown is about a 5 minute drive, with the mall is being a 6 minute drive. The University of Southern Indiana, is about 12-18 minute drive, dependent upon traffic.

Great place to stay in Evansville
Very quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Short walk to the university with great sidewalks and bike trails all the way down to the river. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cute Little House in a Nice Little Neighborhood
This was a the perfect fit for a short stay in Evansville. The neighborhood was quiet, and I felt very safe staying there. It is just a short 7-minute drive to downtown. The owners were very responsive and answered all of my questions.

The house is on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood! We enjoyed the porch as much as the house. The house was very comfortable and the perfect place for us to land while visiting family in the area. Great small place
My niece, her boyfriend l,and I came to Evansville to see family and their place was full. Place was quiet. Lots of parking. Communication was clear. Appreciated the extra lotions, body wash, etc... i forgot body lotion. Easy to check in.

Good family stay for visiting our UE students
Owner communications were prompt and pleasant. Beds were very comfy and air mattress for the kiddo was perfect. Kitchen ccokwear could be updated, but overall well appointed and coffee and creamer was a nice touch. Thank you! We will likely be back for other visits.

Kevin's Bungalow
This is a very clean and cozy home. He provided anemities like plenty of towel, toiletries and games/DVDs. Large backyard. Kevin was very responsive when I had a question. There is construction going on on the street, but I was not bothered by noise or detours. I would recommend this property to anuyone. Plus it's near the University if your plans include campus events.

This little house was perfect. They have everything you would need or want. The beds were so comfortable that I fell asleep quick. I am very satisfied, turned out to be so much better than I even thought. It was just my sister & I & are not quite up to speed with online tv. There is a cute front porch to sit on & people watch. the backyard is fenced. If I ever find myself needing a place to stay in Evansville, IN. this would be my first choice.

Not very hospitable at all...
We were 10 mins early and that was posted out off the bat.we felt unwelcome and there was a quiet pause during initial contact to enter premises.there was no water for the first 2 hrs due to construction that was being held within entry of property. It was cold,very dank and unhospitable. After initial contact with owner to enter property we felt unwelcome and after 1 day of the 2 and a half days pd we left.will not return to northern states again. Only southern states from here on out.we managed to visit with our son and meet his inlaws and that was it.we should have been told of construction to the fullest compasity but were only told of minimal.not happy with this trip.very clean,very unwelcome by owners.

Great Weekend
I rented this great bungalow for my son and Grandson, who had a hockey weekend. They loved the house, and it was very convenient to get to the ice rinks, and other attractions in Evansville. My son said the beds were really comfy!
