Charming Townhome - Near Champions Retreat

Walking trails in this Riverwood Community will take you just 2 miles up the road to Champions Retreat, home of the Augusta Women's Amateur, or you can hop in the car for a 15 mile drive to the Augusta National Golf Club to watch the Masters Tournament!

The community is also connected to a beautiful shopping center that includes: Publix, Starbucks, McDonald's, Restaurants, Nail Salons, and much more.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, where you can collect your thoughts & rejuvenate before tackling the day.

This sweet townhome is a three bedroom home, but can sleep up to 12, if preferred. Sleeping Arrangements Include:

* Master Bedroom: 1 King Size Bed
* 2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Full Futon Mattress
* 3rd Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Full Futon Mattress
* Living Room: 1 Queen Sofa Bed

Home includes 2.5 Bathrooms:
* Master has attached full bathroom
* 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms share a bathroom
* Main Living Area has a half Bathroom

Washer & Dryer on site

Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard, and garage!

Located within walking distance of the highly coveted Greenbrier K-12 School System, this neighborhood is very family friendly, safe clean.

The Riverwood Neighborhood is very golf cart friendly. You may find yourself carting up to Champions retreat, picking up some groceries at Publix, or grabbing a Starbucks. Whichever way, you’ll find the access to be very convenient.

You are welcome to bring your own golf cart, or if you would like to rent one during your stay, send us a message and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Beautiful home
The house was nearly immaculate. Beautifully decorated, not ostentatious. Beds were unbelievably comfortable. Neighborhood is beautiful. If you’re staying for Peach Jam, the drive truly is a solid 30-35 minutes to the Riverwalk Gym (or Marriott Convention Center for jr. EYBL championship)… which isn’t bad if you plan ahead. We had our kiddos with us and if you’re in the master bedroom you can hear anything that goes on above you- wasn’t an awful thing, but just something to be aware of if you have kids traveling with you. Overall it was the perfect stay.

Wow! What a lovely place to stay. The townhouse was just as described--clean, neat, everything you need plus more, beautiful. The attention to detail was amazing. My 5 year old grandson even slept in, "because the bed was so comfortable." Thank you, Emily, for being an amazing host.

This home is drop dead gorgeous from it’s cleanliness, to the spacious portrait, accented with the perfectly placed decor, along with the most comfortable sleeping King for the B-Day Queen, myself! Emily is the best ever host and her customer service/hospitality is unmatched. She went above and beyond our expectations and if ever back in this area she’ll be our go to stay without a doubt!

Cute and cozy!
This was the cleanest and brightest VRBO we’ve stayed in in a long time! It was the perfect size and space for my 3 young kids and me. We truly felt like we were at home. Emily was such a gracious hostess and really thought of everything when preparing the place for us. The kitchen was fully stocked, there was plenty of detergent in the laundry room, and there were even extra cleaning products in the garage. My favorite part was the ample collection of tea and coffee! Made the space that much cozier. We will most certainly stay here again!
