Booked at the last minute for a quiet get-a-way. It was perfect. very close to Eureka Springs and Roaring River for extra activities. Cabin was beautiful and walking distance to fishing and the lake. I WILL be back.

Peace and quiet
Nice, peaceful area. Lots of space. Wish the trees along the road were removed so you could see the lake.

It is a time capsule from the 90s! The location is great relative to Eureka Springs and there is quick access to the lake. The staff were very nice and helpful. The downside is that everything is 30 years old. Not good for a pregnant wife due to the stairs and odors. Would be fun for kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Table Rock Landing. The condo is even more spacious than the pictures show! The area was perfect as it was away from the hustle of Eureka Springs, but was just a quick drive away from enjoying all there is to do in town. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

It was close to Eureka Springs, but far enough to have peace and quiet. Employees were very helpful. Pool was amazing, clean and warm but not too warm for 95-100 degree days. The property is not new, but kept up well. Very clean and spacious. loved the view of Table Rock.

The decor was attractive. Lighting could have been better. We arrived to the condo smelling quite musty and the garbage disposal made the kitchen smell foul. The recliner rocker in the living space was broken and I went to the office to let them know and was told they would replace it that day but it never got replaced so that was disappointing as that took away a seating spot for guests. In all the property had beautiful views and it felt very safe and quiet. The interior has areas that could use some updates.

Beautiful property, but needs a few improvements
So much of this stay was wonderful. The location is terrific, the price was good, and the resort is beautiful. Terrific views, nice amenities, and the property itself is very nice. Great deck, fairly private. Beautiful design and nice lighting. I can't give it a perfect rating though. There were some issues: The bed was not up to par with the rest of the space. The bed itself was uncomfortable, and the bedding was old and ratty. The fitted bottom sheet didn't fit and would come off as soon as someone sat down. The sheets were threadbare and the bedspread was rough and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and discolored. The whole thing could have done with a freshening up, including better pillows and a duvet or quilted bedspread. Also, the large beautiful windows have a lovely view, but as soon as the sun is up it streams straight into the bedroom. Bring sleeping masks if you prefer to sleep in past sunrise. Worse, though, was the requirement that we clean the room before we leave. The reason we don't choose Airbnb for our stays is the now-common requirement that we take out the trash, do the dishes, and gather the laundry. I understand not having daily maid service -- we don't need fresh sheets and towels every day. but when we stay in a resort hotel we don't expect to have to clean the room also. That's supposed to be part of the cost of the room. Also, be sure to note that check-out time is 10:00am. I know it was posted in the ad, so my fault for not being aware.
