We tried via email and never got a response, so asked our French Airbnb hosts to call, hotel refused to do anything over the phone and said they would reply to our email. Never heard from them. Of the six hotels I’ve stayed at on this trip, this one has been easily the best. Terrific hosts, good breakfast and dinner service, and a top-rate room at a very reasonable rate.
