This trip was a personal trip and as a regular user of hotels.com I just made the booking after seeing some reviews and YouTube vlogs of this place. « Staff were faultless, WiFi in hotel does not work, given dongle which was just OK. TV had no English movie or sports channels, breakfast was fine. Overall nowhere near 4 star standard and definitely would not stay here again. Better amenities in house boats for alot less money. »
