There is nothing so amazing as the natural beauty of Estes Park. Come join us at Fall River Village. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo will open the door to a world of enjoyment that lasts throughout the seasons. Our stylish non-riverside condo is located on the west edge of Estes Park, CO, and offers all of the convenience of town yet the quiet of out of town. The condo is only minutes away from world class fly fishing, hiking and rock climbing. Take a nice stroll from the condo and within minutes you`ll be in downtown Estes Park where you can experience local restaurants and boutique shopping. Let Fall River Village be your headquarters for a family vacation, a romantic honeymoon, or a gathering with friends. We offer a fully equipped condo: full-size kitchen appliances with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms, and free fiber wi-fi. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom a bunk bed, and the living room has a queen sofa bed with an upgraded mattress. We recommend no more than 4 people in this 630 square foot. A small but cozy place to stay in Estes!
Convenient to everything in Estes Park. The fireplace is amazing! The heating system was a bit noisy at night but ultimately didn’t impact us much.

Great location, but cozy
We knew the condo was going to be on the smaller side, and this is accurate. This unit, however, the furnace was annoying loud and woke us up each time it kicked on during the night. The water heater seemed to be set lower as the water was not very hot for showers after a day of hiking. The door to the patio was partially blocked by the bed frame in the "master" which made it hard to use. The location is exceptional - we loved the easy stroll into town along the river, and the property is beautiful and quiet.

Location, Location, Location
Nice property. Location is great. No need to worry about finding parking downtown because you are a short walk a way from the shops and dining. Easy to get to RMNP, a 2 minute drive to the best cinnamon rolls you will ever have, and an easy drive to the grocery store if you take the back loop and avoid driving downtown. Unit and facility were clean and kept up. Pool and hot tubs were running the entire time we were there, just be sure to bring your own towels because we never saw any at the pool on the towel rack. Maybe they fill it at 10am and dont restock throughout the day. Only real complaints I would say is that the mattresses were not the best and the stools at the dining table were all pretty wobbly as you sat on them.

Winter Wedding retreat
Our stay at Fall River was wonderful. We booked multiple condos for family and Friends to stay in for my wedding. Every single condo was clean and well taken care of. We had a wonderful time. It was so nice to be close to downtown so we could walk to everything. We will for sure be returning! Thank you!!
