Pinal Fairgrounds and Event Center Tours and Activities

The property and staff were very nice. I liked the option to text with the staff to make requests. We were there with my young daughter and enjoyed the playground and pool with complimentary life vests (although many were frayed and torn or broken). However, the room itself was not very clean. Our feet were black with dirt at the end of each day and the bathroom tub was gross, frankly. It was a large jetted tub, which we tried to use as minimally as possible. The jet controls were broken and the jets themselves looked very unclean. This wasn’t an “oh this needs to get wiped down again” situation, rather a “this bathtub should have been replaced years ago” issue. The experience was overall fine, and we appreciated the convenience of the location and the access to staff, but we probably wouldn’t book there again.

Condo was great and welcome team was very helpful.

This property has nice view and the beds were comfortable. However, they put is in a room where the air conditioner didn’t work, we called the front desk and they sent maintenance out and were told “oh yea we ordered the part but it’s not in. So it’s doesn’t work. You can sleep with the window open”. Our option was be hot or move rooms and since we had rooms next to my daughter that wasn’t an option. I don’t know why you would rent a room with a broken AC. Then I guess the wind blew away our “do not disturb” sign so our room was semi cleaned. They missed the trash and a couple towels. When we asked for a new DND sign we had to ask 3 different times and finally got one the day we left. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom has good water pressure. The walls are also however kind of thin so if it connects to a room with kids don’t expect to sleep in.
