"We liked the property because it was clean, spacious, and had large windows. The swimming pool on the 8th floor was large and refreshing. However, there were a few drawbacks. Guests can only use certain elevators, which makes getting to the car garage a long walk since there is only one elevator per floor. If you use the wrong elevator, you may get stuck because the doors will not open, and the elevator will not move up or down. This happened to us, and we had to wait half an hour before someone...

"If you’d like to stay at the Ritz and enjoy the amenities at a discount this is a great option. You will certainly be paying enough at the hotel restaurants on top of parking and the resort fee so it’s great to save money on the room. It’s a great option for the price but just be aware the room could use a deep cleaning. The main issues were the bathtub drain is clearly blocked and drains slowly, the bathroom vent is disgusting and full of dust and the floor wiped up brown when we had a spill so...

"The king bed, desk and bathroom were comfortable and perfect for 2 people. The view was great and the level of communication from the property manager was superb. Just a few items could have been better- the temp of the shower water was not as hot as we like and the AC unit was a bit noisy. The fitness area was nice but the equipment needed some cleaning. "

"Wonderful little apartment in the heart of Coconut Grove. Nicely equipped and very clean. The hosts were super responsive. Great location near shopping restaurants and outdoor activities. Looking forward to coming back!"

"This was by far the best stay we’ve ever had in our MANY Miami vacations. The unit was pristine, huge and perfect for our family of 4. We felt like home. Having all the amenities and service of the four seasons was exceptional. the pool was beautiful and not crowded, even over spring break. We didn’t have to deal with any loud kids jumping in the pool, or spring breakers. I can’t wait to get back again. It was so sad to leave!!! "
