« The property was very nice and cozy. We were traveling with our dog and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking through the woods and exploring the frisbee golf course. « This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. »

« The house was just as described, very comfortable and well cared for. We had every amenity we could need. I appreciated the hanging rack with hangers in the bedroom when I did laundry and could hang items to dry. The empty shed was perfect to store our bicycles. The house is close to the road, but the road is quiet, so that was never an issue. I'm glad the house was available for our stay in the sweet town of Brockport. It worked out perfectly for us. »

« This farmhouse was the perfect location for us while visiting family that lives only a mile down the road. It is an old farmhouse, so of course there are quirks and imperfections. The most noticeable problem was the window blinds. They are tattered and missing in many places. The holes in the bedroom blinds meant lack of privacy and lights shining in the windows at night. « I stayed at this property with 6 of my friends for my sons wedding at Becker Farms & Vineyards. I couldn't say enough about the house and property and the hosts, Toni and Leroy. What an incredible stay we had, the house was beautiful and very clean and every possible amenity was there. Toni and Leroy were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even hung with us for a while at our bonfire. I couldn't say enough about my experience there and highly recommend this property and the hosts!! »
