Stan and Terresa are brilliant hosts, and they were able to give me details of the local history of the Bay together with places to visit in the immediate area. The accommodate is very comfortable and spacious and has all of the essential amenities for a relaxing break. The apartment overlooks Tokomaru Bay and has stunning view from the garden area. « My review is not actually for the glamping tent. The owner sent an email several days in advance of my stay letting me know the tents had blown away during a storm. I instead stayed in a Zen Cabin (for no extra charge) and it was wonderful! One of my favorite stays in NZ. Parking is right outside the cabin, easy check-in and entry, beautifully decorated, private kitchenette, private bathroom, comfortable bed facing the ocean in front of a huge picture window. »

« This was the first time we have stayed in a place like this, usually it is camp grounds or motels, and we had a wonderful time. If you want to spend time on a farm away from any technology and town life then this is the place to come.
