« This home is located in a great spot directly across from the park playground and splash fountain. We could easily take out young kids there daily. The fenced in yard was great for kids and our dog. The kitchen was well stocked, the only down side to the home is the flooring is slanted in a couple spots. If that bothers you it may not be the best home, but to us it was fine being an older home and all. The originsL features were great! We would come back. »

« We planned a quick get-a-way and decided to come to Cape Charles to spend the day and stay over night. The house was charming with plenty of room. The owners communicated well and they were very accommodating on my last minute trip planning. The beach wasn’t far at all and town was in walking distance with nice weather. We came in March so it wasn’t perfect beach weather but we are hoping to come back when it’s warmer! »

« Great trip for spring break! The house is perfectly situated walking distance between the main park and beach. Having the golf cart available worked well for travel to and from the downtown shops and eateries. Ashley was easy, flexible, and very prompt to communicate with. This was our second trip to Cape Charles, this house was cozy and comfortable and truly felt like a vacation! »

« House was absolutely perfect. Outdoor space was fantastic for our corgi (yard and gated porch) to play. Plenty of room for older kids to spread out into the game barn. Very easy walk to the beach or town. Owners were lovely and very quick and thorough with communication. We’ve loved Cape Charles for years - but this is a new favorite! »

« Absolutely adorable cottages on the water, spotlessly clean, the pathways were raked every morning! Fantastic old-fashioned friendliness from the front desk service.
