Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.
For energy conservation purposes, the pool heater may only be operational from 8am to 6pm.

Hot Tub Disclaimer: The hot tub is available year-round.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

Payment Method: Balance payments made with credit card are capped at $3,500. Payments over $3,500 shall be made by check, ACH or wire.

Security Deposit Disclaimer: Although rare, accidental damage does happen during a stay. In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $5,000 of damage protection. Coverage details are provided in the booking agreement.

Great house and location!
This house was great! Exactly as pictured. Only callout is the outdoor furniture by the pool needs a really good spray down/wash. Everything else was absolutely great!!

Wonderful house
Very charming new/modern house with spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lovely outdoor deck that was perfect for hangouts, big backyard! Very private. Great location! Would stay again.

Some Good news …but mostly Bad News …
The good news the house was as advertised..The pics were more than a fare representation… but the Deck and the pool were both dirty and had been un attended for quite sometime … I personally had to clean the deck, which took over an hour of my vacation time to do in addition to the deck and furniture just being dirty there were leaves that were clearly from last fall along with some empty water bottles….the bottom of the pool hadn’t been vacuumed for who knows how long and the top had all sorts of debris floating including a dead mouse .. what made everything worse was stay marquis response to my complaint blaming it on a storm earlier in the day .. we drove 3 hrs from Staten Island and didn’t have a drop of rain.. when I checked weather it showed light rain in East Hampton for 2 hrs that ended 3 hrs before we arrived.. besides even if it did rain the pics and video I took and sent to stay marquis were clear evidence the condition of pool and deck were from long term neglect .. there was zero follow up for 16 hrs after my complaint and then only after I emailed/ texted and called stay marquis which again only exacerbated the situation.. we have rented homes thru VRbo before but it was direct with owner with no property manager in the middle and process went seamless .. in the future we will only go that route

Long weekend trip
The property manager was incredibly helpful in providing check-in and check-out information, and was readily available to answer any questions during our stay. The house perfectly matched what we saw in the photos and was ideal for our getaway. We're already looking forward to returning in the summertime to fully enjoy the pool.
