There was a major issue with the check-in process: the check-ins as categorized by students or travelers, but it was never specified by the host. The host instructed me to identify myself as a student. As a result of following the host's instructions, I arrived to an empty room with no linens, towels, a chair as in the photograph, or other basic supplies a traveler needs. The property was eventually able to get the room properly set up some several hours later, but it was due to a lack of communication on the host's part. I've been offered a partial refund, but over two weeks after the fact I still haven't received it.
