"The only reason I did not score a five star for cleanliness was that I felt that the carpet in the room I stayed in was past it's best and although I am sure it is well cleaned it just felt and looked grubby. Grimy carpet aside, the room was clean and the staff were friendly, very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend a stay at No 10 Hotel"
