The cozy house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac and offers 2 parking spaces on the property. The property is completely enclosed by fences, so that small children and dogs cannot leave the garden independently. The house has a total living area of 106 square meters. In the lower part of the house there is a bedroom with a double bed (box spring bed 1.80 x 200 meters), a bathroom with shower / toilet and washing machine and a large living area with fitted kitchen (induction cooker) incl. Dishwasher and dining area, comfortable seating, fireplace, satellite TV (receiver with card slot for 'Sky' customer / card + smart card must be brought by the tenant) and access to the upper floor. There is a storage room with a shelf and high chair as well as an initial supply of drinks. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor; one with a double bed and an additional cot, the other has two single beds.
A second bathroom with shower / toilet is also available.
Outside there is a large covered terrace with closed side parts with garden furniture and a beach chair as well as a large meadow with a garden house. In the garden house there is a stable charcoal grill. Internet connection available.

Nessmersiel im Herbst
Das Urlaubsdomizil war perfekt für die Familie und Hund. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe und Geschmack dekoriert. Die vorhandene Küchenausstattung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir sind zufrieden und ausgeruht heimgekehrt.

Waren schon des öfteren in Nessmersiel. Jedes mal in einem anderen Ferienhaus. Wie gewohnt war es dieses mal wieder sehr erholsam. Haus tadellos und wie beschrieben. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus der Eifel.

Ein wirklich tolles Haus!!
Unser Urlaub in diesem Haus war wirklich toll. Die Aufteilung bietet jedem die Möglichkeit sich wohl zu fühlen, die Überdachte Terrasse schenkt weiteren Wohnraum und die Ausstattung bietet alles was man braucht. Schön war auch, das genügend Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden sind. Würden/werden wir wieder buchen? Auf jeden Fall.

Schönes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage und geringer Entfernung zum Supermarkt
Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr angenehm, die mit der Verwaltung vor Ort ebenfalls, die Schlüsselübergaben zu den gewünschten Terminen liefen reibungslos. Sehr positiv war für uns, dass der Eigentümer uns im Vorfeld mit vielen Informationen versorgt hat. Dazu gab es noch ein Begrüßungsgeschenk nach der Anreise im Haus. Das Haus ist gemütlich und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht, einschließlich einer Waschmaschine. Der Garten ist für den eines Ferienhauses recht groß, die Kinder und der Hund hatten ihren Spaß. Ein Gewinn ist die Terrassenüberdachung (mit Markise)- so kann man sogar bei Regen draußen sitzen. Einzig die Sauberkeit war aus unserer Sicht verbesserungswürdig: die Flächen, die regelmäßig genutzt werden und leicht zu reinigen sind (z.B. Waschbecken, Arbeitsflächen in der Küche, Laufflächen der Fußböden usw.) waren sauber, sonst hätten wir uns eine gründlichere Reinigung gewünscht.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden,was man benötige, bequeme Betten, helle Räume, ruhig gelegen. Alles wie beschrieben. Am Besten hat uns die überdachte, sonnige Terrasse gefallen, somit konnten wir uns jederzeit draußen aufhalten und unser Hund freute sich über den großen eingezäunten Garten. Von uns aus definitiv sehr empfehlenswert.

Es war sehr schön!
Ich fand es toll, man fühlte sich gleich willkommen....es war alles da, was man zum ankommen braucht, sogar schon ein paar Getränke. Toll fand ich auch dass für die Kinder etwas zum spielen da war: Puzzle, Spiele, Bücher, Kuscheltiere, Strandspielzeug, Roller...sogar Fahrräder standen uns zur Verfügung. So kenne ich das nicht... es war wirklich schön! Wenn wir nochmal in Nessmersiel Urlaub machen, würde ich definitiv wieder diese Haus buchen. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Alles gut
Im Haus ist im Grunde alles was man braucht, ich würde sogar sagen bei einem Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern (den wir nicht hatten). Zwei Zimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Der Außenbereich ist super, ob bei gutem oder schlechten Wetter. Zum Schlüssel abholen und abgeben mussten wir kurz fahren. Bettwäsche und Handtücher gegen Aufpreis von jeweils 7€ pro Person. Das Aufziehen der Bettwäsche kostet extra. Haben es trotzdem genommen (bis auf das Aufziehen). Mussten aber nochmal hin, da diese nicht vollständig war bzw die Spannbetttücher bei mehreren Betten nicht passten. Alles im allem war es aber ein tolles Haus und würde es weiterempfehlen 😀

Gemütliches Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub
Zentral im Ort gelegen mit eingezäuntem Garten für den Hund ist dieses Haus perfekt zum Entspannen an der Nordsee. Das Haus ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht, speziell auch in der Küche. Herausragend ist die mit einem Glasdach überdachte Terrasse! Da stört Regen gar nicht mehr. Perfekt waren auch die Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps vom Eigentümer.

Sehr schöner Urlaub sehr erholsam.
Sehr schönes Haus gemütlich Familien und Hunde freundlich. Vor allem der Kamin und die Fußbodenheizung sind an kalten Tagen Gold wert.Die Ausstattung ist Top man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause.Die Schlüsselübergabe ging reibungslos der Vermieter und die Hausverwaltung standen immer für Problemlösungen parat.Eine tolle Woche Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie.
