« We just returned home from our first trip to Venice, FL and Al and Grace were the most warm and gracious hosts. Moreover they have put considerable effort and thought (not to mention money)into the conversion of this efficiency unit. Clean as a whistle, they have thought of everything you can imagine, from stocked fridge to outdoor retracting clothesline, topped off by a yummy box of Belgian chocolates. Nice large TV too. The mattress on the bed is very comfortable and there are big fluffy...

« This property was very nice. The location was great for walking and the restaurants in Venice are awesome. The pool wasn't working at the time we were there but we are beach people anyway. The views from the lania included the gulf, intercoastal and the bay which was great to watch all the boats. Unit faces the north, I believe, so there isn't any sunshine that comes into the unit. We still enjoyed our stay very much. »

We were able to easily access our boat to spend time on Cayo costa, lunch on cabbage key and a dip in the pool at the N. Captiva club. We didn’t need to use the bunk house, but would be perfect if we brought the kids! Thank you!! »

« This is a family run motel that is convenient to everything. The room was immaculate and the decor was very nice. Comfortable bed nice shower all the boxes checked. The pool is an absolute delight, and there’s even a grill in a tiki bar out by the pool area if you would like to take advantage of that. Debbie could not have been more accommodating. I will definitely be back and cannot recommend this highly enough.. »
