« House was perfect for our needs. House is within a 20 min walk to city center and still have easy access to transportation. Pictures don’t do it justice; it’s much nicer. The back terrace is perfect to catch the ocean breeze in the morning or evening. »

« La résidence est une magnifique maison d'un style indéfinissable (possiblement néocolonial) peinte de couleurs vives située à l'entrée de Portsmouth, sur un vaste terrain bordée d'une rivière cascadante. Le terrain mériterait d'être aménagé pour être plus agréable à l'oeil. L'environnent est très calme, dans une impasse, entre une petite résidence et un hôtel hélas un peu massif. Nous sommes restés une semaine dans la suite N°5, un appartement charmant, bien disposé, qui nous a séduit...

« La maison de Velda est spacieuse, très bien équipée et très propre. La vue d'une des chambres et de la terrasse est magnifique. Quel plaisir de prendre le petit déjeuner face à la mer et que dire du coucher de soleil!Les habitants du village sont très sympathiques. Il y a de petits magasins qui peuvent rendre service.Velda et son mari sont très gentils, leur accueil a été cordial et leur suggestion de restaurant était judicieuse. « The house is new and very clean. Ideally located near Mero and between Portsmouth and Roseau. We'll appointed kitchen. Lots of supplies (towels, kitchen stuff, bed linen, etc). Very quiet neighborhood with security cameras, lights and a steel gate entry for peace of mind. Owner was very responsive with query. Definitely the best place to stay in Dominica so far. »

« The property is located on a cliff overlooking a beach below. We rented the Deluxe because it had two bedrooms, a deck with chairs, and a kitchen. Everything was sparkling clean and in working order. There is a sun deck down below has lounge chairs and umbrellas, enjoying the same view as our unit. The hot tub was beautiful and an excellent way to unwind after a day of exploring. Communiciation with the property manager was easy and he was always quick to respond. All in all, we will...

« Nous avons sejourne 34 jours chez sharon et chris du 3 dec 2023 au 6 jan 2024. Le logement etait propre et fonctionel. Ce logement tres bien situe est a 10 minutes de marche du centre ville de roseau. Nous avons vraiment apprecier nos hotes car en plus de nous offrir le transport au port a l arrivee et au depart, ils repondaient a toutes nos questions et nous informaient des activites. En plus, ils nous ont inviter a partager leurs repas a noel et au jour de l an. Vraiment un couple merveilleux....

We are birders/photographers so the description in the property description of seeing the endemic Sisserou parrots up close and personal sold me. Although according to bird expert Dr. Birdy these are at Syndicate. But we did see up to 10 red-necked Amazon's in the Mango on property!! This was fantastic.
