Cute private cabin on working cattle ranch with 360 views on 80 acres.
Adorable little cabin privately set back on 80 acres with gorgeous views of the san jeans and Ute mountain and pond. Everything you would need to enjoy a cozy time away. Call us for instructions on how to get access to the cabin. You will need a gate opener. You may need 4x4 during the winter months to access. We do maintain the driveway but 4x4 will help. Cattle roam the property so be sure to close the gate behind you as they could get out. Also close gate that is at the house. Cows have a way of getting into things. 1 bedroom 1 bath kitchen with bar. Pull out sofa in living room and queen side log bed in the bedroom. Bottled drinking water is supplied. Cabin has a filtration system but is non potable water.

Everything the add says is spot on. Nothing short of perfect.
Got to the Gas Station and Text Josh, he met us at the road and drove us back. Down a drove way that’s puts you into a Tiny house that was outstanding. Clean, Great decor, a small table to eat dinner or play cards. Best location to see Mesa Verge and Durango Co., 4 corners. We did it all in a lazy day without being rushed.
This place is great and worth the stay we will be back. Thanks Josh and Gina you have a great place.

Perfect tiny cabin for two
We rented this property long-term to accommodate my husband during his work assignment in Delores. It's the perfect size for 2 people, though we could have fit the kids if needed. It is best used as a base for taking trips to Telluride or Durango or spending the day fishing the river, which is a short drive away. Not necessarily a place to hang out at all day, but that's not our style anyway. Our hosts were always helpful and responsive, yet they gave the privacy we prefer when renting a place near the owner. Overall a great experience and if we were looking for a private getaway, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
