« The home, the property, and the communication with our host was nothing short of amazing. We were a little worried we’d have to cancel due to weather and flooding but luck was in our favor. The home is gorgeous and such a peaceful little oasis that’s stocked with all the essentials! We’d 10 out of 10 recommend this stay to anybody! »

« Amazing place! Has everything you need except cellular service - but let’s be honest you don’t need that either. Host was great and had suggestions on things to see nearby. The on property swimming hole was so nice for a hot summer day. Visit the insect museum nearby if it is open. »

« Les appartements de la Villa San Michele sont très agréables et très bien équipés, le personnel est charmant,le sejour a été agréable, le seul bémol : l'hôtel etait complet quand nous sommes arrivés et la seule chambre disponible lors de notre reservation donnait sur la rue principale de Port Douglas, c'est sympa pour l'animation le soir sur la terrasse mais en fin de nuit, on a droit aux camions poubelles, la voirie qui nettoie la rue, les voitures et donc beaucoup de bruit ...... dommage oarce...

« This was our 3rd time staying in PD, first time at Saltwater - which was absolutely amazing. The location right in town on Macrossan is awesome. It is right in the middle of everything, but still very quiet in the room. So much easier than grabbing a shuttle all the time if you stay at the resorts out of town which we had done previously. Staff were very kind, kids loved the pool. Apartments are spacious with high ceilings and a nice outlook from balcony. We will be back! »

« Overall impression was ok.. our apartment could have and should have been cleaner in regards to a dirty air conditioner, a stain on the wall in the bedroom and the bathroom exhaust fan being filthy and not working. « Das Apartment ist wunderbar zentral gelegen, so dass man die Einkaufsstraße gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist modern, allerdings auch nicht hochwertig. Aber das ist aus meiner Sicht vollkommen egal, wenn man die Unterkunft lediglich zur Übernachtung benötigt. Von hier aus ist man sofort in der Einkaufsstraße und den Restaurants, so dass die Lage des Apartments Das Ausschlaggebender positive Kriterium ist »
