Summer Ridge A3 is the ideal, luxury Colorado getaway for family and friends. This luxury condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Amazing wrap-around views of mountain range and lake! The all-day sun highlights this top floor condominium with wrap-around deck. Upgraded kitchen and baths. Sun room affords additional views. Equipped for time together – there's the fully stocked kitchen, open concept living/dining/kitchen area with wood burning fireplace, TV, and plenty of room to spread out: 2nd living space and game room upstairs, three full bedrooms and 4 full baths, and amazing balcony. We offer fast Internet speed, smart TV’s and DVD player.
Scenic Dillon is minutes from everything and is a free shuttle ride to Colorado's famed resorts, trails and natural wonders. And we're just 9.4 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June!

Fantastic property with exquisite views
We cannot say enough good things about the property. The check-in process was extremely easy, the unit was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the views were spectacular. The central location gave us perfect access to Breckenridge and Frisco with great shopping and dining. We loved ending our day in the private hot tub loverlookinng the mountains. We highly recommend the property!

Great space if you do not mind the climb
The unit was really nice, very modern, great appliances, awesome views and lots of room. The challenge was climbing all the stairs. There are two flights of stairs and a long walk way just to get you to the door of the first level. Then you have to climb 4 more flights to get to the 3rd floor. So you are not running back to the car for anything that is not absolutely critical at that moment.

While we enjoyed the property, we were disappointed that it wS on the 3 rd floor with no elevator. The breaker tripped when we turned on all lights and tv upstairs. Unit needs a full length mirror.

Great Views, Great Space
First, let me say that the stairs up to the 3rd floor were not as bad as other reviews had predicted. The place has great views of the mountains and the lake. Two issues to be aware of; be prepared with to adjust the thermostats (there are quite a few), our first night got down in the low 60's so morning was chilly. Second, the remotes to the TV systems are specific to that system (even though they are the same), getting them mixed up causes a lot of confusion (we would recommend that they be marked). Otherwise, enjoy the stay. We did.

THE VIEWS!
We absolutely loved our stay...great amenities and even better location. Close to Breckenridge, Frisco, Denver & Vail. The property was so relaxing and the views can't be beat. Only warning to those interested- the stairs! It's quite a hike from the garage to the condo. Aside from that, we loved it!

Get ready to climb a few steps… But when you get to the unit, it’s worth it. Great accommodations, excellent views, nice master bath and shower, pool table upstairs was a nice bonus. Some family visited and we spent the sunset hour on the wonderful balcony overlooking Lake Dillon. Super convenient to Keystone and Breckinridge.

Family Vacation
We stayed here in September, so I do not know about skiing. This condo is located in a great location. Very close to activities and towns with fun things to do. It has great views, and after a day of sightseeing, relaxing in the hot tub was a plus. We didn't know about the shower repair until we arrived, however, this did not interrupt our vacation. It is important to know that there are many levels of stairs to navigate, so be prepared, but he views were worth every step!

Better setting than advertised! Beautiful location.
The pictures don't do the setting justice. We stayed 5 nights and were so sad to leave this setting. We used it as a base camp in the summer to do day trips to Breck, Vail, Frisco, etc. and it was the perfect place to chill in between. The clubhouse was great and unexpected. Be sure to bring pickleball gear, we're glad we did! The landscaping and flowers around the development were perfect. They had everything we needed at the place. The coffee maker was broken and be sure to bring your own laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. Maybe be sure that the hot tub is working. The water level was low and I couldn't find a hose to refill it with. But it was a really really great place to stay and relax (or play!)

The kitchen, the view and the comfortable seating after skiing, we’re really really nice. It was a perfect place for three very fit couples. The stairs could be tough for someone older or unfit. The comfort for sleeping and cooking and relaxing was well worth it. The only downside’s were… a not so clean hot tub, and a not so user-friendly coffee pot.

Best part was the hot tub. Room for 4 with great view of Lake Dillon. Amenities very nice with fantastic kitchen. Appreciated that spices are present as we ate most meals at property. About 20 minutes to Breckinridge and about 10 minutes to Keystone. Would definitely stay again.

This was a fantastic find for a family ski getaway to Keystone. The only big bummer is the 60 steps you have to ascend every day to access it. After a long day of travel/skiing and heavy suitcases/equipment, it can be hard!

Loved the house- great set up. Only complaint is that the one garage spot has a very low clearance. Larger SUVs with ski racks on top won’t fit.
