« Very clean and quiet property. A little on the outskirts, but there is easy access to the interstate. A/C works great, in fact, my kids complained it was too cold! Bed is firm, but comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! »

« I grew up in a small town not far from this beautiful rental in Adel. Right off of a main highway but secluded by country surroundings. Super clean and great furnishings. My Iowa classmates meet each year and this is our favorite place to stay. You can’t ask for nicer owners or better facilities. A 10+ all the way. We will be back next year! »

« This apartment was perfect for what we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the beds and linens were very comfortable. If it’s pool season the pool is literally right outside the back door! There is also a garage you can park in which was nice as we had storms when we were there. The host was very responsive. »

« Just lost my wife to cancer and the family decided on a nice getaway. Mother in law ended up finding this place and I’m glad she did. The hospitality was amazing and the kids had a blast at the property especially the indoor pool. Everything we needed for a nice getaway was there and more as the property owner was always in contact and making sure we had what we needed at all times. »

« This house was perfect for our family gathering in my wife’s hometown. Plenty of room for the 8 of us to sleep, and a large dining/living room area for a family meal and space to visit. The beds were comfortable. 2 grandsons claimed the room in the basement with a couch and loveseat. This will definitely be top of our list again if we have another family gathering here. Large smart TV in the main room. Smaller TV in some of the bedrooms. Nice book collection, and some DVD’s. »

« Overall, it was a great stay. Location was close to everything we needed. It was a nice apartment location. Having access to the garage was an added bonus. The host was quick and detailed in her responses and check in/out was easy. The only negative I might say is in regards to the bed and couch. Both were quite hard and uncomfortable but other than that, we enjoyed it. »

« We were here to help our daughter move. The apartment is in the same complex which was very helpful. There is plenty to do if here for vacation. The two state parks we went to were fairly close and nice. There are many stores, a mall, and plenty of restaurants within a ten minute drive. Des Moines is 20-30 minutes. »

« We booked this property for a nearby family reunion. Everything was as pictured and completely met my expectations. Other family members booked 2 other VRBOs in the Adel area and ours was by far the best. The host was completely responsive and helpful. The house was exactly as described. We stayed for a week with our family and the house is perfect as it has a couple larger gathering areas indoors as well as outdoors. »
