Bathroom was updated but it took a long time to get less than hot water in the shower. Biggest issue was lack of sound proofing. The room doors open right into the hall (no hall/bathroom buffer like newer hotels) and you can hear every conversation outside your room. « We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very clean and quiet. It was the perfect place to “chill out”. We even had special visitors. « We loved this cabin! After a long day of volunteering with hurricane clean-up, it was nice to stay in a safe, quaint, and beautiful cabin. The driveway into the property was the only reason I did not give the "area around the property" 5 stars. However, I suspect the recent flooding is what made the driveway so bumpy. Overall, it was terrific, though! Ed was a great host! »
