« Hôtel correct, mais l’extérieur/le hall d’entrée principal était en rénovations majeures, donc accès au lobby plutôt compliqué et difficile. Aussi, l’isolation au niveau sonore est très mauvais, nous pouvions entendre les gens des chambres voisines discuter, les télévisions, les gens dans les corridors... bref, apportez des bouchons si vous êtes sensible au bruit! »

« I needed somewhere to stay as I was driving a very long distance to attend a family funciton. My search criteria for accommodation includes, King Bed, Off street Parking, clean rooms and bathrooms, won't stay anywhere that has a shower curtain instead of glass screen. I always check reviews, and the reviews for Mercure Rouse Hill were very favourable. It is a little difficult to find but it is a true surprise in the very best way. Clean, modern and lots of eateries to choose from. »

« Very roomy one bedroom granny suite. Clean with plenty of towels. Nice furnishings and bed.Internet failed one day but was fixed upon notification. There is a very steep driveway and steps in front of the house that you have to get your luggage up to. Also steps from the backyard up to the granny suite. Frying pans in the kitchen need to be replaced as teflon was coming off. This was some thing we noticed at alot of VRBOs.Pool was nice to cool off in and enjoyed it but was not cleaned.Had to...

« Host gave the same property to someone else to stay and also keep us in the booking list and never cancelled and when we reached at the property someone else was living there and we were on the streets in new city with the family and host was not picking up my calls and it was a fraud with me. »
