« Everything was excellent except for some small points. It's a very nice cabin in a beautiful spot. A little far from Castle Mountain Ski Resort. Being discouraged from adjusting the thermostat was annoying--the place was cool at times. Because of an allergy, I couldn't use the feather pillows and comforter. There were foam pillows, but a nice, non-feather comforter would have been welcome. »

« Overall, we loved our stay. Extremely convenient location on the mountain where you can put your skis on as soon as you step out the door to glide to a chairlift. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Our unit had a double bunk bed in one room, but there was no ladder to the very high top bunk which made it a bit of a challenge to get to... fortunately, we had a young crew that handled it ok. We had arranged for 3 parking passes in advance, yet when we arrived, there were none left...

« Great proximity to the ski hill, good amount of kitchen items and utensils, spacious front mud room for skis and boots (you need to turn the heat on), and basement games room was a lot of fun. Note, there are no window blinds in the common areas, minor issues with check-in and amenities, but resolved quickly, main master en-suite including glass shower and toilet is open to bedroom (no privacy), hot water would run out on reasonable usage. Garbage is offsite by 3 min drive, however, seems common...

« Skiing at Fernie was a great time. The condo was well stocked and in great condition. We loved the use of the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. We couldn’t find how we could ski out so we drove to the parking area at the base of the mountain, which was easy. »
