« Overall, very good! We stay in many cabins as we go on hiking trips. We have never stayed at a cabin with better surrounding features and view. The cabin is a good cabin. It would be wise to spend 3 to 4 thousand dollars and buy some quality leather chairs, sofa and kitchen table/chairs. The bed was of good quality and comfortable, but the rest of the furniture was surprisingly poor. »

« Very nice place to stay. The cabin overall was nicely kept and location wise was very close to all the things I wanted to do and see! Yes, the drive way is steep and I would not consider attempting it without an SUV or truck. (The pot holes are pretty deep!) « The house looks just like the pictures. There were a few things that could use a more thorough inspection eye. The lockbox the key is in was very difficult to get open, it seemed like it was sticking some. Over all the house was pretty clean minus a few cobwebs. « This property was amazingly unique! Having only an outdoor shower and the closed in bathroom outside also. We were there right after Hurricane Helene hit. So that was interesting 😂. But I would 10/10 recommend to anyone. I would definitely keep the season/weather in mind though. There is a mini split keeping it cool. And space heaters to turn on when it’s cold. »

« Over all the stay was great… a few things though I noticed a few spots that could have been cleaned better.. and was rather disappointed to find the charcoal grill with no charcoal, I think the listing should have said it was a charcoal grill so I knew to bring charcoal. Luckily we had a camping grill with us that we could use and the grill was not cleaned out by the last person or the host it was plumb full of ash.. »
