« The hand drawn map they gave us was hard to follow and when we got lost on the mountain, they were less than helpful. The one lane road up the mountain has steep cliffs and not many places to pull over or turn around. Once we arrived the cabin was so relaxing and the waterfall was beautiful & serene. The jetted tub was very relaxing. We ate all our meals at the cabin & their cookware was very nice. The stove was old, but worked fine. »

« This place is good if you plan on being out adventuring and exploring all day and just need a place to sleep and shower. It is small so there isn't really a place to just hang out inside but it is a really good value with all the amenities you need. The cabin is close to pretty much anywhere you want to go in the Red. »

« This was a cozy getaway during the holidays. Cabin was comfortable, we had our two dogs with us and there was pleanty of room for all of us. Cabin had everything we needed. The area is beautiful and we saw deer on our morning walks down the road. Red River Gorge trails were also beautiful. Highly recommend »

« This property was amazingly unique! Having only an outdoor shower and the closed in bathroom outside also. We were there right after Hurricane Helene hit. So that was interesting 😂. But I would 10/10 recommend to anyone. I would definitely keep the season/weather in mind though. There is a mini split keeping it cool. And space heaters to turn on when it’s cold. »

« Over all the stay was great… a few things though I noticed a few spots that could have been cleaned better.. and was rather disappointed to find the charcoal grill with no charcoal, I think the listing should have said it was a charcoal grill so I knew to bring charcoal. Luckily we had a camping grill with us that we could use and the grill was not cleaned out by the last person or the host it was plumb full of ash.. »

« What a beautiful cabin! We have stayed at many different cabins in the area over the last few years and this is hands down our most favorite cabin!! So roomy, clean, and beautiful inside and out! We were only there for two nights and we did not want to leave. The beds are very cozy too! We hiked Suzanna’s Arch for the first time before we headed home which was beautiful too. Thank you for including that arch in the book. We will be back! »
