« The dining room and terrace of the hotel is breathtaking by having wide views of mountains. Staff at reception are great: always polite and smiling. Rooms and other areas seem stylish in design but there are some problems. First: lack of sound isolation is disturbing. We woke up a lot of times in the night by noises coming from corridor and the other rooms. Second: room design is not functional. There are only two plugs in the room, and their places are very odd, like behind the beds.. etc. Even...

« Even though there were some initial miscommunications (when we booked the listing said "entire place with 2 bedrooms" but they meant to say only one room), the host immediately sorted it out and gave us two very nice rooms as booked.
