"Although we only stayed for one night it was really enjoyable. The room was exceptionally clean and had a modern feel. We were on the resort side and got to see the maned wolf enclosure from our window. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. It was partners 40th Birthday and the hotel staff were lovely enough to put complimentary birthday balloons a card and a can of sparkling wine in our room. "Three nights stay - done a few now. Unfortunately, and not the hotels fault a particularly noisy neighbour this time around. Finally gave up trying to sleep at 3am and visited reception. I was given another room to get my head down for a few hours. Grateful for that - shame it happened due to some unruly guests. "
