« Host was super attentive and house comes ready to enjoy your stay, bathrooms are stocked and good quality towels provided, bedding is perfect for a good night rest. House was very large with lots of bedrooms with their own bathroom attached, also great for the kids was the large bunk bed room where all the kids can sleep (all bunks are doubles), great playroom with pool and game table and a nice separate movie room with big screen tv. We truly enjoyed our stay and and appreciate the great care...

« They’ve taken an older place and made it really nice. The location isn’t scenic … it sits along the street in town. However, it does have a great fenced courtyard that is really enjoyable. Everything else about the place was significantly better than the average VRBO, particularly those in less touristy areas. We enjoyed our time. It was particularly clean for the “dusty” west. Keep that up … it’s a difference maker. »

« Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great. Huge theater-quality TV if you have an event you want to watch. Loved the spacious kitchens, high tech bathrooms, and great radiant...
